Verified scope

Both independent reviewers approved service revision 02d0b12. The final reviewed package is e17618e2. Both reviewers also approved Stage 3 at exact revision 22cab66 after three audit findings were repaired. After the Codex seats hit their usage limit, Nick approved substituting Claude Builder and Verifier seats; both reviewers approved Stage 4 at 203e448. Publication adds presentation material without changing any service.

Open http://localhost:8080/. Each stage includes its own Dockerfile and RUN.md. For the Stage 3 statements and corrections API, use stage-3 (or stage-4 for refunds and batch corrections) with the matching image tag.

What we learned

All three Codex seats hit their usage limit right after Stage 4 was dispatched; substituting Claude seats let us finish Stage 4 before the deadline. Provider routing, quota limits, and context control consumed time that should have gone into a cleaner autonomous run and later stages. The presentation records what we would change.
